The Certification for Leader Coaches gives seasoned leaders the insights, skills, methodologies, practice, and pragmatic tools to coach at a high level. Use them inside your organization, alongside your leadership role, or as the foundation of a coaching practice of your own.

Kaley Klemp and Sue Heilbronner are seasoned executive and leadership team coaches and business operators. They've joined forces to deliver a certification that treats coaching as a leadership craft. You'll build it through practice, feedback, and a cohort of peers who have run real teams.
There is no shortage of coaching certification programs. They tend to teach coaching as an academic subject, to a broad mix of newcomers, with practice that happens in simulated scenarios.

The kickoff is in Boulder on March 23–24, 2027, and we return to Boulder on September 9, 2027 for the certification culmination. Monthly remote and individual activities will be scheduled throughout the six-month program.
The 2027 program of Certification for Leader Coaches is open for applications. The cohort size is limited, and applications will be competitive.
This certification is for experienced leaders with real business chops. It isn’t an entry-level course. You’ve led teams, owned results, and earned your perspective the hard way.
The program targets leaders who are culture influencers and folks exploring coaching as a side practice or career move. If you care about growing people on your teams, across your organization, or in your industry more broadly, you’ll be an excellent fit.
The six-month certification program is $15,000 plus travel for two in-person sessions in Boulder.
